A Note on Spokane Homes

The majority of our work is in homes built between the 1940s and 1975. These are Spokane’s ranch-style and split-level homes — good bones, solid construction, but floor plans that were designed for a different era.

South Hill, Garland, Audubon, and West Central have a high concentration of exactly these homes. If you’re in one of those neighborhoods and you’ve got a closed kitchen, there’s a good chance we’ve worked nearby.
